General Conditions of Access – Terms of Service
PURPOSE
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Access and/or Use is to provide access to the Online Training Programs and related services from the Next Project websites.
Once you have registered for one of the training modules offering access to this platform, you will be able to access, via the Internet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the exercises and/or courses selected by us and corresponding to the training you have chosen. Your access is possible from any device connected to the Internet and equipped with an Internet connection with a speed greater than or equal to 2 megabytes. The service is also operated offline.
This service offered by Next Project is subject to change, Next Project reserves the right to amend these General Conditions of Access and/or Use without notice
TRAINING PROGRAMS
The user will have the possibility to register for one of the modules offered by Next Project for his professional sector or on a personal basis and will benefit from access to the service for a fixed period, fixed at the time of registration, during the duration of his contract.
Digital training includes quizzes and/or online courses, or even text writing.
ADDITIONAL TRAINING
The user will have the possibility to register at any time of the year for another training course. He will then benefit from an extension of the duration of his basic training until the end of the additional training.
TRAINING DURATION
The duration of the training is determined by the registration date but may be extended on an exceptional basis at the written request of the user.
CONDITIONS OF ACCESS
Opening an account: to be a user, it is necessary to have a valid Next Project ID when logging in and to be authorized to use the service. This authorization is issued automatically by processing from the data transmitted to Next Project.
ACCESS TO SERVICE
Access to training programs
The login and password granted to the user are strictly personal, confidential and non-transferable. Refer to the access conditions for the Next Project platform, access being provided by the company directory.
Next Project cannot be held responsible for any misuse of this section.
Each of the connections is recorded. Anyone other than the user himself is prohibited from using the user’s personal data to connect to the platform.
The use of personal access data by someone other than the user would alter the user’s tracking data and the training program may not be effective.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY – CONTENT
The training materials, MCQs, exercises, corrections and any other content made available to the user during the registration period remain the full property of Next Project, unless otherwise specified, and are intended for strictly personal use. Please note that all materials provided are for training purposes only and must not be used for any other purpose.
Any reproduction other than for personal use is strictly prohibited under penalty of prosecution.
COMPUTING AND FREEDOM
The information collected is subject to computer processing for the management of users and training provided by Next Project.
The User may be required to communicate certain information to the Next Project team when creating, using, or connecting to the Next Project platform:
– personal data relating to his identity: surname, first name
– data relating to his professional life: professional e-mail address.
Next Project also collects the following information about the computers, telephones and other devices on which the User installs or uses our Services, according to the authorizations it has granted:
– technical data: browser version, device type.
The employee’s personal data can be consulted and used in the event of incidents and/or malfunctions reported by the employee or detected by the Next Project team.
The list of authorized collaborators at Next Project can be obtained on request.
In accordance with the “Data Protection Act” of 6 January 1978 amended in 2004, you have the right to access and rectify information concerning you, which you can exercise by contacting the Next Project data controller by attaching a proof of identity.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS
By confirming his registration, the user certifies that he accepts without reservation the terms of the contract to which these General Conditions of Access and Use are linked.
These conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute concerning the application or interpretation of these conditions, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the Paris Commercial Court will have jurisdiction.
